Suggested namePhaë'ga
Planet typeCold planet
This cold planet is named after the deity Phaë'ga, the creator of the sea.

The rotational period and seasonal cycles of Phaë'ga are likewise similar to those of Earth, as is the tilt that produces the seasons.

The volume of water detected has been estimated to be equivalent to the volume of water in Earth's oceans.

A prominent result is the "great black spot", a giant storm that is known to have existed for centuries since it was first seen by telescope.

The oceans are crowded with dangerous earth-like plants, the "Proper", which survive alone by seeking the Teatur-andati plant if the weather permits it. Proper are somewhat similar to the Trinka Thel but have 7 arms and vary in length from 70 to 110 mm. They are able to endure temperatures from -80 to -30°C and sometimes high atmospheric pressure which is rare on this planet.
