Suggested nameAomang
Planet typeHot gas giant
This hot gas giant is named after the deity Aomang, the demon of dreams.

Aomang is the site of Olympus Mons, the largest volcano and second-highest known mountain in its solar system, and of Valles Marineris, one of the largest canyons in its solar system.

The volume of water ice in the south polar ice cap, if melted, would be sufficient to cover the entire planetary surface to a depth of 8 meters.

A prominent result is the "great brown spot", a giant storm that is known to have existed for centuries since it was first observed by radar.
