Fictional info (?)
Suggested nameYopwang'zh
Planet typeTerrestrial
Having almost no atmosphere to retain heat, it has surface temperatures that vary diurnally more than on any other planet in its solar system, ranging from 115°K (-158°C) at night to 1015°K (742°C) during the day across the equatorial regions.

Because of its rapid rotation, the planet's shape is that of an oblate spheroid (it has a slight but noticeable bulge around the equator).

Wind speeds can reach 72 metres per second.

This unpleasant planet is occupied by unpredictable and interesting oceanic creatures, the "Jairweng", which survive by seeking the somewhat smaller "Wangk'yun" They are believed to be related to Menc but with 6 eyes and vary in length from 7 to 17 cm. They are known to reproduce at temperatures from 60 to 120°C and stormy weather.
