Like Weixweib, Ceng Ye has been orbiting Kepler-272 for @STARAGE billion years, and never exceeds 16 degrees away from Kepler-272.
Plans have been proposed for rovers or more complex missions, but they are hindered by Ceng Ye's hostile surface conditions.
In late February 2900, Ceng Ye was visited by the New Horizons probe, which used Ceng Ye's gravity to increase its speed and bend its trajectory en route to Weixweib. |
