Suggested nameRyouzh-er
Planet typePlanet
Orbiting within Wolwengg's orbit, Ryouzh-er is an inferior planet and never appears to venture far from Kepler-249; its maximum angular distance from Kepler-249 (elongation) is 48 degrees.

This planet is named after the deity Ryouzh-er, the spirit of fear.

As seen relative to the fixed stars, it rotates on its axis exactly two times for every four revolutions it makes around Kepler-249.

The polar regions are constantly below 216°K (-57°C).

Ryouzh-er was one of the first planets to have its motions plotted across the sky - as early as the second millennium BC.

The rotational period and seasonal cycles of Ryouzh-er are likewise similar to those of Earth, as is the tilt that produces the seasons. Two of Ryouzh-er's moons, Wengwwa Bei and Yaoy-wei, are are slightly irregularly shaped.

Ryouzh-er can easily be seen from Wolwengg with the naked eye, as can its greenish coloring.

Its north and south poles, therefore, lie where most other planets have their equators.
