The planet is named after the deity Erijarn Theus, the demon of the underworld.

The atmospheric pressure at the planet's surface is 8 bar, or roughly the pressure found 1035 m under the oceans of Earth. Erijarn Theus is by far the hottest planet in its solar system, with a mean surface temperature of 718°K (445°C).

In November 1500, NASA reported finding a large amount of underground ice in the Utopia Planitia region of Erijarn Theus.

Because of its rapid rotation, the planet's shape is that of an oblate spheroid (it has a slight but noticeable bulge around the equator). The outer atmosphere is visibly segregated into several bands at different latitudes, resulting in turbulence and storms along their interacting boundaries.

The surface of this unpleasant planet is crawling with dangerous poisonous dinosaurs that feed everywhere while seeking plants if the weather permits it. Most Orsexi Heid are related to Logekivi'theus and have 6 arms and vary in size from 50 to 110 mm. Most Orsexi Heid can live at temperatures from -70 to -20°C and to some degree prolonged periods without food.
