Fictional info (?)
Suggested nameShune
Planet typeCold planet
The planet is named after the deity Shune, the goddess of dreams.

As seen from HIP 12961, in a frame of reference that rotates with the orbital motion, it appears to rotate only once every two years.

Shune's axis has the smallest tilt of any of its solar system's planets.

The atmospheric pressure at the planet's surface is 18 bar, or roughly the pressure found 900 m under the oceans of Earth.

Plans have been proposed for rovers or more complex missions, but they are hindered by Shune's hazardous precipitation.

Optical ground-based telescopes are typically limited to resolving features about 375 kilometers across when Shune is closest because of Kyoteda-chu's atmosphere.

Surrounding Shune is a faint planetary ring system and a powerful magnetosphere.
