| Having almost no atmosphere to retain heat, it has surface temperatures that vary diurnally more than on any other planet in its solar system, ranging from 115°K (-158°C) at night to 805°K (532°C) during the day across the equatorial regions.
The two polar ice caps appear to be made largely of frozen gas.
This arid planet is inhabitated by odd and medieval dinosaurs, the "Tonthee'ke", which spend their life in the air while seeking anything they find. Tonthee'ke are closely related to Peropho Ron but with 10 tentacles and vary in size from 9 to 12 cm. Tonthee'ke are able to withstand temperatures from 80 to 130°C and to some degree predators attacking. |
