Fictional info (?)
Suggested nameNugogyu Ne
Planet typePlanet
It is the second-brightest natural object in the night sky after Ugyu-tasa-ma, reaching an apparent magnitude of -5 - bright enough to cast shadows at night and, sometimes, visible to the naked eye in broad daylight.

The planet is named after the deity Nugogyu Ne, the goddess of good fortune.

Its orbital eccentricity is the largest of all known planets in its solar system; at perihelion, Nugogyu Ne's distance from GJ 887 is only about two-thirds (or 43 pct) of its distance at aphelion.

Plans have been proposed for rovers or more complex missions, but they are hindered by Nugogyu Ne's hazardous precipitation.

The outer atmosphere is visibly segregated into several bands at different latitudes, resulting in turbulence and storms along their interacting boundaries.
