One of this planet's brutal moons is full of odd terraformed herbivores, the "Greippan", which feed at the sea by consuming the Jotcho-dil plant. Most Greippan are somewhat related to Neso but with fur and vary in size from 21 to 51 cm. They are able to reproduce at temperatures from -50 to 0°C and even prolonged periods without food. |
