Fictional info (?)
Suggested nameJibu Nehe
Planet typeHuge cold gas giant
It is the second-brightest natural object in the night sky after Byamya, reaching an apparent magnitude of -5 - bright enough to cast shadows at night and, rarely, visible to the naked eye in broad daylight.

Jibu Nehe's atmosphere is similar to Byamya's in its primary composition of oxygen and water, but it contains more "ices" such as water, ammonia, and methane, along with traces of other hydrocarbons. The planet is named after the deity Jibu Nehe, the god of prosperity.

The planet telescopically displays the complete range of phases, similar to Venus and the Moon, as it moves in its inner orbit relative to @STARNAME, which reoccurs over the so-called synodic period approximately every 151 days.

It is radically different from Earth in other respects.

Plans have been proposed for rovers or more complex missions, but they are hindered by Jibu Nehe's hazardous precipitation.

Its north and south poles, therefore, lie where most other planets have their equators. In 3277, images from Daedalus 8 showed Jibu Nehe as an almost featureless planet in visible light, without the cloud bands or storms associated with the other huge cold gas giants.

The surface of this pleasant planet is mostly inhabitated by unreliable but stone-age humanoids that feed in the forest while killing another species called Geru during the day. They are closely related to the Pinyu but with wings and vary in length from 40 to 90 mm. The Beya are known to endure temperatures from -60 to -40°C and even prolonged periods without food.
