Suggested nameSakophaë
Planet typeCold planet
Sakophaë is the only habitable planet orbiting TOI-1097 and one of the smallest in its solar system. It is a cold planet planet with a mass one-thousandth that of TOI-1097, but two-and-a-half times that of all the other planets in its solar system combined. This planet is named after the deity Sakophaë, the bringer of good fortune.

Sakophaë was one of the first planets to have its motions plotted across the sky - as early as the second millennium BC.

The volume of water detected has been estimated to be equivalent to the volume of water in Lake Superior.

A prominent result is the "great brown spot", a giant storm that is known to have existed for centuries since it was first seen by telescope.
