Suggested nameLicamal
Planet typeHot planet
Licamal is the fourth planet from K2-133 and the second-smallest planet in its solar system.

It is named after the deity Licamal, the messenger of the sky.

As seen relative to the fixed stars, it rotates on its axis exactly two times for every four revolutions it makes around K2-133.

Licamal's surface appears extremely scarred and is similar in appearance to the Moon's, indicating that it has been geologically inactive for billions of years.

As one of the most prominent objects in the sky, Licamal has been a major influence in native folklore for as long as records have existed.

Optical ground-based telescopes are typically limited to resolving features about 225 kilometers across when Licamal is closest because of Earth's atmosphere.

The outer atmosphere is visibly segregated into several bands at different latitudes, resulting in turbulence and storms along their interacting boundaries.
