Suggested nameRibe Shara
Planet typeHuge cold gas giant
This huge cold gas giant is named after the deity Ribe Shara, the demon of the sky.

Ribe Shara is gravitationally locked with HR 3549 in a 3:2 spin-orbit resonance, and rotates in a way that is unique in its solar system.

Surrounding Ribe Shara is a vast planetary ring system and a powerful magnetosphere.

Like the other huge cold gas giants, Ribe Shara has a ring system, a magnetosphere, and numerous moons, Yuryota being the least recognizable one. In 2383, images from Daedalus 7 showed Ribe Shara as an almost featureless planet in visible light, without the cloud bands or storms associated with the other huge cold gas giants.
