Suggested nameIjidus Nand
Planet typeCold planet
In English, Ijidus Nand is often referred to as the "brown planet" because the hydrogen prevalent on its surface gives it a strange brown appearance that is distinctive among the astronomical bodies visible to the naked eye.

The planet is named after the deity Ijidus Nand, the demon of war.

Its orbital eccentricity is the largest of all known planets in its solar system; at perihelion, Ijidus Nand's distance from HD 331093 is only about two-thirds (or 73 pct) of its distance at aphelion.

It may have had water vapor oceans in the past, but these would have vaporized as the temperature rose due to a runaway greenhouse effect.

As the closest planet to Pasitrin, Ijidus Nand has been a prime target for early interplanetary exploration. Ijidus Nand's hazy atmosphere make observation of its surface difficult in visible light, and the first detailed maps did not emerge until the arrival of the Magellan orbiter 58 years ago.

Two of Ijidus Nand's moons, Tureudene and Enkepa Loge, are are quite unusually shaped.
