| Orbiting within Yajokua Tsu's orbit, Chute is an inferior planet and never appears to venture far from HATS-17; its maximum angular distance from HATS-17 (elongation) is 48 degrees.
It is a terrestrial planet with a mass one-thousandth that of HATS-17, but two-and-a-half times that of all the other planets in its solar system combined. This planet is named after the deity Chute, the creator of the sea.
The two polar ice caps appear to be made largely of water.
Planet is often occupied by barbaric and earth-like bacteria, the "Sobe Za", that spend their life while finding nourishment in the Pyoyaka plant in the shade. Most Sobe Za are related to Koryahyu but have fur and vary in size from 4 to 6 cm. The Sobe Za are able to thrive at temperatures from -80 to -40°C and also electrical shock which is rare on this planet. |
