Audio cross-over filter. Currently only stereo is supported, and the start and end of the file may not behave correctly, so use this for long pieces of sound.

The phase is not shifted in time, so combining the two layers should become the same as the original.

Cross-over Frequency
Typical values would probably be somewhere between 80 and 800 Hz.		 Hz
Filter Steepness
0% corresponds to 3 dB/oct, 50% is 12 dB/oct and 100% is 48 dB/oct.		 %
