Release audio devices
If something is locking the audio device, preventing you from entering "Motu PCI audio console" or whatever your soundcard's driver is called,
start a DOS prompt as Administrator and type:
sc stop audiosrv
Now you should be able to adjust your sound card's driver settings. Once done, start it up again:
sc start audiosrv
